convenient location and helpful staff

attentive desk staff clean hotel helpful staff metro location

this hotel is near atocha station you can get there by taxi or bus metro requires a line change the rastro reina sofia and prado are about a half-hour walk away the metro is also just 20 meters from the front door on a well-lit road the desk staff recognized me and had my key ready the hotel felt reliable with a personal touch. the staff were helpful and friendly the hotel was spotlessly clean the location is near the metro and several restaurants there is a cafe connected to the hotel as well as a dining room where i had snacks coffee and breakfast.

the curtains were quite thin this made it difficult to sleep when the sun rose a bright light on the balcony also shone through the room all night i could not turn it off.

the location is convenient with the metro just steps away connecting easily to the train and bus lines it is perfect for accessing various points of interest and transportation options throughout the city.

terrible noise isolation bright emergency light

the location was convenient near a metro stop

the noise isolation was terrible i could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms even neighbors' conversations at night the room wasn't dark enough a bright emergency light created too much light i found no outlets near the bed

train station really good service dental products

the location offers excellent access to transportation hubs. atocha train station is a short walk away. the staff provided really good service, particularly with directions. the rooms were very clean and included soap, shampoo, and dental products.

the curtains in the room were very thin which let in a lot of light.

helpful staff outdoor terrace metro station

the location was great, near the metro station. the staff were very helpful with directions, always available. the communal outdoor terrace on the top floor offered nice views.

the mini fridge in my room did not work very well.
